「古いけどスタッフは優しかった。」

「まだ新しいホテルです。２０１３年１月現在。 まだ新しさをキープしており、メンテナンスも、異常なし。 朝食は、バラエティ豊かで、どれもおいしかった。 ビール入手困難なインドで、スタッフは、買いに行ってくれます。 一つ難点は、タオルが薄茶色、そして、初日のタオルは、以上に、臭かった。」

「川に浮かぶ ホテルなので 周囲の騒音がなく 快適でした。 また リバービュー 最高の眺めでした。 空調機のノイズ、利便性等 多少の問題点はありますが リバービューのすばらしさには、 かえられません。 また 朝食も川を眺めながら おいしくいただきました。 次回の利用したいとおもいます。」

「Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us.」

「This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.」

「インドの平均的な価格で食事やガラパーティを楽しめました。ロビーの趣味の悪いスタンドライトを除けば、まあまあ良かったですね。マッサージがあるのか、ないのか、これから出来るとだけ言ってましたが、無い状態でした。」

「コルカタ空港に近い利便性で利用。インドのタリーをここで初めて食べる。美味しかった。ホテル内にBARもありよかった。朝食もあるので良い滞在になった。」

「アメニティが細部まで行き届いていない。カウンターに電話しても対応してくれない。お湯が出ない。辺境のため、市街地に出るのに時間がかかる。Wifiへの一回の接続時間が6時間に限られており、しかも接続がかなり悪い。」
