「Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, alternativ gibt es einen Pool. Die Poolliegen können mit ans Meer genommen werden. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Eine Buslinie fährt vom Flughafen mit einer kurzen Instanz zum Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, diese wurde jedoch nicht benutzt, da die Reise im Oktober stattfand. 」

「Sadly, this review does not allow me to highlight some of the actual benefits of this property. The greeting was amazing the place as a fantastic façade and very inviting, but sadly, the rooms are very dated, and there is housekeeping products all over the floors. The rooms are extremely dated and the crew covers are disgusting and should be replaced immediately. It was what I required, which is absolutely location to the port for an early morning ferry. It did not help the strikes on time...

Chambre et salle de bain très bien Petit bémol concernant le linge de chambre : les serviettes fournies étaient un peu usées et pas très propre. Idem pour la literie à revoir peut-être Sinon, personnel très à l’écoute et disponible, avec une mention spéciale pour Katherine 😊」

「The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.」

「We used Erato Hotel as a stop gap bfore going on to our booking in makry giolas, the hotel staff were very good and helped us locate a nice hire car. Very accomodating place with lots of lovely eateries not far on foot」
