"The reception staff (on duty 24 hours and multilingual) were all extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel location is ideal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Great location. Easy access to Sapporo Station and other attractions. Would stay there again.
If you want a larger room I suggest booking large twin beds rather than double room."

"There was mold in the bathroom so it was a bit hard to breath in such a small bathroom after showering. A bit far from main stores or tourist activities but decent."

"The location and the staff were great. Easy walk to anywhere really. They let us borrow free umbrellas during the rain which was so useful since we did not bring any with us to japan and the free ice cream is sooo worth it."

"The 6th floor of nearby Daimaru department store has lots of nice restaurants if you don’t want to venture too far after a long day of sightseeing. Also, basement floor has Daimaru supermarket. It is adjacent to underground corridor that stretches all the way to Odori Park and Susukino."

"Although the room was compact, it was maintained in a pristine condition. The public bath was an excellent amenity, particularly after a long day of activities. The staff provided professional and attentive service, and I was very pleased with the quality of the amenities provided."

Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it.
Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day.
The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

A wonderful stay, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything far exceeded expectations; I truly look forward to returning the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort soon.

We were a bit concerned about the location, as we had no car, but the owners were kind enough to pick us up and return is to Toya train station. And we were glad we decided to stay at the hotel.
Room was spacious, overlooking the lake (though fireworks are remote) and with a good bed.
Breakfast was nice, though western style. We also ordered some things for dinner. Reasonable pricing and tasty.
Staff was very helpful and kind.

We found the Hirafuti hotel to be very comfortable. We booked a western style room with a private onsen and it was perfect. The room was very comfortable and we loved our beautiful view of the slopes from the tub. The staff was very helpful and many people spoke English which helped us a lot. We enjoyed the bar in the lobbey and the very easy access to skiing with the ski lockers. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and found that they had many great options. Very happy with the hotel facilities and breakfast, dinner buffet.
Have tried 2 other onsen bath hotels in Japan, this is the best. Definitely recommend to anyone wants to try a traditional Japanese hot springs (onsen).

Great experience staying here. The beds are comfortable, and the complimentary drinks after 3 pm is a comfort to travelers. It's closed to Hokkaido University, which is pretty.

The baths (onsen) at this hotel were outstanding. There was a huge variety, including waterslides. Breakfast was good, as well. We were able to park our car here and then walk over to the "hells" (jigoku). We would gladly stay here again.
