「The lobby is so hot and highly uncomfortable. Our room was the same when we got there and took hours to cool down. The hide-a-bed and bathroom look very old and run down. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The coffee was terrible and undrinkable. Embassy's are known for their breakfast and this was highly disappointing. The food was not good, the oatmeal runny and cheap, and the juice wasn't even working. The elevators are broken. One completely stopped working. We will not be staying at this...

「Starting with the cons: I booked an upgraded and larger corner room that was great…until it wasn’t. I found out that we had NO COLD WATER while I was IN THE SHOWER!!! We ended up having to wait quite a while for someone to come up and take a look at the situation. Eventually, we had to switch to a smaller regular room. The pool was one of the reasons I decided to book at this hotel. My kid was really excited about swimming but we discovered that the POOL WAS CLOSED for “maintenance”. Turns out...

「Great location , easy access to food , coffee , breakfast, lunch or dinner , close to great venues . Love seeing the great staff, they remember me from previous stays . Live the kitchenette , you do need to bring your own cooking items ect which I don’t mind doing . Parking is convenient and well lit . I’ll definitely be staying with My Place again 🇺🇸」

「The room was good. Breakfast did not make sense. They don’t have the drinks available and we need to ask staff. It is not convenient and they expect us to tip. Completely unnecessary service. They could just make the drinks available.」
