イスレタス・デ・グラナダの三つ星ホテル

「First, El Guayacán is NOT located in Granada. It is in Valle de la Laguna, about 30 minutes outside Granada. This misleading location information disrupted our itinerary and travel plans. We booked a 3-night stay, but the experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the price per night: Wi-Fi: Virtually nonexistent / unreliable. A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly). Essentially, you are...

「The hotel is clean. The front desk and personal are excellent, AC works perfect The hotel is located just closed to the plaza. Few steps away Enjoyed the stay!」

「We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「La propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada ,muchas áreas verdes, cuartos muy amplios」

「This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.」

「We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel is very poor. Cleanliness is bad - towels and bedding was marked, old and threadbare. There was no bin in the room, no wardrobe or hangers. The ‘kitchen’ area had a fridge but nothing else (no kettle, toaster, glassware, plates etc). There was no hot water for the entire stay (turn the hot tap and nothing comes out). Cold showers only. The ‘bath mat’ to step out of the shower onto was a door welcome mat, and was filthy. Breakfast was of a basic standard. Most of the staff were...

「Terrible experience — I do not recommend this hotel. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $20 charge because my reservation was for one person and my husband was with me. They agreed to $10, which I paid. The bigger issue was that they then demanded I pay for the room again in cash, even though I had already paid through Expedia. I showed them my Expedia confirmation, receipt, and my card statement showing the payment had...
