ハドソン バレーの三つ星ホテル

「The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late...

「tv did not work, sinks were clogged. was not happy for the price we paid」

「Run down property. Parking is impossible even if you’re staying at the hotel. Front staff have wrong informations regarding breakfast/brunch timings. Room missing amenities. Bathroom is extremely tiny. A/c heat doesn’t work well」

「部屋も広くて綺麗でした。」
