「2名で2部屋宿泊。Eメールで領収書送付するとの事だったが、1名分しか送られてこない。クレジットカードに宿泊費が2泊分請求されていた。デポジット？ 上記2点をメールで確認して回答依頼したが2日経過しても回答なし。 滞在自体は快適だったのでとても残念。 回答をもらえたら口コミ変更します。」

「I had such a wonderful stay at the Iris Hotel Cape Cod! The location is truly ideal: just a short drive from the beach and the ferry, and only minutes away from downtown Falmouth. There are plenty of great dining options nearby within walking distance, including a cozy local favorite, Jack’s Restaurant. And if you’re staying in for the night, Jones Tavern is right inside the hotel — the perfect spot to grab a drink or a bite without going far. I’ll definitely be coming back!」

「We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more...
