「Staff were brilliant, very professional, polite and helpful all staff had a smile and would always acknowledge you. All needs catered for. We had one issue but was rectified straight away. We will defiantly be coming back.」

「Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower. We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again.」

「We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good...

「Our 2nd visit to the Viking. Love the location, with our sea view room perfect. The food was excellent and the staff were so so nice. Great cabaret on Saturday night. One downside (?) (in our modern age) was the lack of plug sockets or USB ports in the rooms for charging phones etc.」
