The only thing good was the bedding and towels were very clean and the small bed was comfortable. I’m sure this room should not be used as it has no facilities. Shower cold light in bathroom did not come on it just flashed on and off all the time. Sink was cracked no towel rail no light at the side of the bed. No chair in the room tv had lots of channels missing. We paid little money and got little in return. Definitely wouldn’t return

Staff unconcerned, room not what was advertised, dirty and unfit for purpose. We left without completing our stay, wouldn't chance eating there, even though prepaid for breakfast.
Behind headboard on window sill, rubbish and accumulation of dirt.

On arrival was told room wasn't ready and had to wait a HR before could book in then when booked in we had a double bed and single bed which we booked 3 single beds and was on top floor which my mum couldn't do due to health reasons and the lift was out order so asked for a refund which waiting for to be returned and had to find somewhere else

The staff were excellent, the room was a typical mid level Blackpool room, comfy, but shabby. Breakfast buffy hit the spot, andvthey cateted for my partners gluten free needs.

When we arrived at the property prior to arranging a ground floor room weeks before our arrival we were told that there was no rooms available and then was offered a room on the third floor . As I am a pensioner and disabled ,walk with sticks my wife has chronic heart disease we could not climb three flights of stairs with our luggage and then to be told the lift was out of order and that they had no idea when it would be fixed . So then they agreed to pay me my money back through expedia. but it was not very nice to be told this at 7pm at night and then we had to find somewhere else to stay. so we will definitely not be booking this hotel in the future very poor service and no help to two disabled people .

Telly did not work and delay at check in due to staff illness. Caught between other guests complaining which delayed my check-in Other than that it was good. Staff were friendly and room was basic but nice. Was worth the money

The room hadn't been cleaned properly, food and dirty socks under one of the beds. Faulty electrics wouldn't stay here again and for the price I'd expect it to at least be clean. Only positive is that it's not even 10 minutes away frok coral island

Didn't like anything nothing like the advert,it's a dingy,dirty place lifts out of order tvs don't work no bedside lighting,mattress's and pillows full of dirty hair and stained very badly with urine,building smelt old and musty,advising evening entertainment it no longer applies,stayed 1 night iut of 3 only because we had no choice to late to find anywhere else,but found a lovely B&B the next morning,

Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower. We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again.

The property needed painting and carpets cleaned but a nice continental breakfast and location good near to the tower, but no parking had to pay twenty pound near by for 48 hours no entertainment like it says, also nice white clean towels over all good for the money
