The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and the tea and coffee facilities were great The curtains had a few gaps which at night the hotel across the road was lit up could have disturbed sleep but overall it was great

Would of give it 3 out 5 however Cons... was given 3rd floor and the lift was out of order. Going up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not easy as im disabled. A bar was advertised and there was none and TV was very limited and breakfast was £12 pp Pros.... Polite staff and well cleaned rooms were very welcoming. If bar and lift was working I would love to stay again

This hotel is clean and very well run, the staff cant do enough for you within reason. Totally cashless hotel. It is basic but all you want is a clean bed and a working shower and for the price then its value for money. The down side is the entrance appearance is run down and appalling, Missing tiles and what I would describe has dangerous steps. Massive bar area and concert room. All closed ? Room in need of desperate repair, TV, no channels available, Shower worked well but the shower head holder was broken and dropping off the wall. Chest of drawers and cupboard was falling apart, though the beds were comfortable. Tea, coffee, clean towels all available. The potential is enormous however I don't think the clients help. You can see a lot of deliberate damage from clients that was attempted to be fixed.
