We tried to identify where the smell was coming from by sniffing around but couldn’t locate. Finally around 4 am, we called the front desk to request a room change, which they kindly accommodated. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Walkable from nearest train station and convenient to stay for early morning flight. Hotel runs a direct shuttle bus to the main terminals, which we caught. A queue forms in the reception area for the shuttle, we queued up 15 minutes before departure, though it is first come, first serve. The dinosaurs and robot on the front desk were fun. My daughter loves dinosaurs, so it was a bonus. The room was fine for our one night stay."
