"There are no breakfast available for my room . I expected to get complimentary breakfast when I booked. I have to book 2 rooms because 2 adults and 1 kid (11 year old). I requested 2 rooms connected but they offered 1 room on 9 floor and other 4 floor. This is worse experience I had, they r so busy so they don’t care. "

"A perfect hotel near Haneda airport if you’re on an early flight out. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. A restaurant on-site and a convenience store round the corner. Free regular shuttle bus to all terminals seats 12, but plenty of taxis / Ubers around too. "

"Spacious and clean room. Very close to the subway station and other amenities. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Completed the forms for us to have our luggage sent to our next hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. "

"Good location near the airport, can also get to Yokohama easily. Convenient hourly shuttle to Haneda. Onsen bath for both genders offered. No vegetarian options for breakfast was annoying though."
