「We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move...

「I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid $758 for just two nights. The room itself appeared to have been recently painted and updated, and the bed was comfortable. However, several issues took away from the experience. The bathroom floor had caulking stains throughout that looked like old gum residue, and there were dried spots that appeared unsanitary and potentially could have been someone else’s DNA. The water pressure was also very poor. The kitchen was missing...
