We advised that we would be arriving quite late and there was a helpful staff member waiting for us, ready to help with luggage, parking information and anything else we needed. The room was charming and clean and the breakfast was excellent. There are stairs but they are manageable (I am 68 years old and my wife is 66). "In the night was an alarm for hours. The noise didn’t end until the morning. The reception was not manned and nobody stopped the alarm. This was extremely bad service and they didn’t even apologize for this. "
