「It was great, staff were amazing genuinely love the customer service and attitude, super nice and gave tour place recommendations as well as brochures provided in lobby!! Also serves breakfast~ and definitely recommend visiting the Olde Mystic Village 10 mins from here. But I will admit, it was a bit uncomfortable due to some bugs flying everywhere and sadly no toothbrush/toothpaste nor slippers like other 3 stars I’ve experienced. Our towels specifically had black spots on it T — T」

「Check in was the worst, not even a welcome or a friendly Hi, they just asked for the id and tried to charge us for the full room even when we told them several times we already paid for the room; They looked annoyed and just hand us the keys with no info, usually people tell you at what time the check out is. The room didn't had bath robes or a microwave but did had a fridge. Overall it was ok.」

「The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced. There was mold growing in many areas by tub. Also consider changing them to walk in showers with grab bars」

「This hotel was awesome! My husband and I stayed for a night after a concert at Mohegan. The room was immaculate! The bed was super comfy, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.」

「It was pretty ghetto. I ordered the three nights of dinner and breakfast and I went to one night of dinner and several homeless people came up to me asking to draw a picture for money or a beer. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel ever again」
