「The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful upon check-in. I requested an early check-in but was refused, with the explanation that the rooms were still being cleaned. I returned at 3 PM, only to be given a room that was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest had checked out. Despite staying for three nights, there was no room service or housekeeping provided. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were very basic and of poor quality. Overall, this property is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star...
