This was a pretty standard stay for me. Although I did arrive into my room to find that there was an issue with the AC. I called the front desk and they had maintenance come up right away. The fix was done in a reasonable timeframe. Other than that, just beware that you are parking in a parking garage And will have to walk up the steps as I did not find the elevator that I thought would be available. If you have a large luggage, it’s hard to get them up the steps that you have to go up to get to the hotel.To end my review I would like to touch on the status of the elevators. If you go to the hotel during a conference or anything of that nature be prepared to wait for the elevator for more time than you usually would.

This place is terrible, pool was fine but jacuzzi didn’t work, the ceilings were molded in the girls locker room, we came back to the room from the pool and went to wash my kids up and the room had one wash cloth and two towels. I called the front desk and asked for more, they sent up four pool towels and no wash cloths. Had to call back again for wash cloths and front desk offered me two more. I had to explain and beg for more towels to accommodate four ppl. We then went to make up the pull out couch and there was no linens anywhere. Had to call back and ask for bedding. The carpets and walls are raggedy. I’m just so incredibly disappointed in this Hilton. The worst one I’ve ever been in.

Front Desk Tried to Steal My Phone and Showed No Accountability checked in Friday night and believe I left my phone at the front desk. Saturday morning, I realized it was missing. I searched everywhere and asked the front desk, but was told nothing was turned in. A friend tracked my phone and said it was still showing at the hotel. I spoke with the woman working the desk between 12–5 PM Saturday. Despite me repeatedly asking, she never got up to check. She eventually walked to the back, came right back, and again said no phone was found. Later, I returned with the friend tracking my phone’s location. It was clearly showing at the front desk. I asked if she was the manager—she said she was—and claimed she had already checked the overnight staff’s desk. Only after showing her the live location did she finally look, and suddenly my phone appeared in the bottom drawer, under paperwork. She clearly hadn’t checked earlier and falsely claimed she did. She was visibly annoyed when she handed it to me, didn’t apologize, and walked away without a word. The whole experience was upsetting, and the way it was handled felt dishonest. I was polite the entire time, but the lack of basic help and accountability was unacceptable. At best, this was careless. At worst, it felt like an attempted theft.

After long drive we checked in to the hotel, first thing noticed was cockroach at the swiping machine. Secondly the lift was with water. Not sure if they cleaned and most of the time that lift is coming up. When reached the room, not even a bottle of water and ac was not working. I called the receptionist and they straight away put into hold for 5 min. Called second time same. I had to go down to make that complaint. Ac issue got fixed quickly, I appreciate that.All these are at 11 pm. Not a pleasant experience overall.

The stay was phenomenal would totally go back: from the warm pool, gym to the personel, we loved our stay! Love the entrance decoration and spots available to eat in the hotel. However, in the room dust was left, the light, toilet and bath tub broken partially. Which leads to the need to changing rooms. Please be mindful of repairs to do!

Horrible room for being a Hilton. No ac and only one microwave for 15 floors of rooms. Room had an old tv and only 2 lamps for lighting that worked like kids nightlights

Hotel shows signs of age but room was spacious and clean enough, if you can get a great rate like we did worth a stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, pool looked beautiful although hot tub is not working and pool attendant (also friendly and helpful) said it would likely not be working for a few weeks so that’s something to note if that’s important to your booking. Breakfast add on is worth it if you have 2 ppl in the room and are staying on a weekday, as the restaurant a la carte menu was really solid, offering omelettes pancakes etc. The Buffett on the weekends is a little basic but also a good option. Overall good choice would return at same low price point

This property amenities are beautiful. The room is underwhelming and outdated. But the amenities make up for it. Great location and near everything!! Beautiful outdoor area! And restaurants on site!! Food was amazing!

Althea was amazing at the front desk. She is super friendly and very informative. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, very dusty on the head boards and the carpet wasn't in the best condition. Extremely tiny bathroom garbage can that was the only one in the entire room. The shower was still wet and the shampoo bottle was half used. Came all the ease from NC for a wedding and was disappointed.

I dont like leaving reviews, i never usually bother but this place is so falsely advertised. You're tricked by the pretty fountains outside and in the are greeted with outdated and dingy rooms. Our air barley worked, the room felt muggy and warm. There was no fridge in the room? Ive never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a fridge in the room. Our shower didn't work as well but thankfully someone came to fix it.The elevators were an absolute nightmare, waiting 20+ minutes to get down to the lobby, i understand it's busy but c'mon. The pool was outdated in my opinion, the hot tub wasnt working either. And paying $18 to park is crazy.

We have stayed at this property many times over the last eight years, but the condition of the property, offerings, and staff have all been downgraded. On check in, the staff seemed bothered by me and overwhelmed by the sheer number of people checking in. The room had stains on the bathroom wall and lampshade, the carpet was worn, the towels rough, no bath mat, non-reusable soaps/shampoos, insufficient supplies for the coffee, and a free standing mini-fridge shoved in the corner rather than the designated location in the drawers. The hallways were overrun with a pack of unruly children loudly running around for hours unsupervised. The walls are thin enough to hear EVERYTHING in the surrounding rooms. The breakfast has changed into an overpriced buffet that amounted to the same offerings at a free continental breakfast found at other hotels. When an emergency menstrual situation arose, the hotel's shop had no feminine hygiene products, nor did any of the bathrooms. We were advised to seek the closest Walmart. I find this offensive, sexist, and unacceptable. The parking is listed as $18 with no mention of additional taxes, but alas, the charges amounted to more, to include the charge of $50 for incidentals, and the parking spaces are so small, nobody stayed within the lines making us unable to enter our car from the driver's side. Lastly, they refused to add to my Honors program. I am so displeased with the changes at this hotel, we will stay elsewhere now.

My stay at this place was very frustrating. The cleaning staff had come to the room but didn’t leave any towels afterward. I called multiple times and was told each time that towels were “on the way,” but no one ever brought them. I even went to the front desk, but nothing was done. I had to go two whole days without the bare essentials like towels. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount I paid. There was poor communication, no follow-through, and overall bad service. I would not recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay, the issue was that there was no microwave, no fridge in the rooms. Also the pool was not working, no members lounge and no parking discounts for members. All which i have had the opportunity to enjoy at other Hilton hotels.
