"We had a terrible experience with the property. From the start the communication was terrible, we requested a early check-in, which we got no reply. Also wanted to organise the parking prior, also no reply. Understand this was due to host travelling but if you know that you are not going to be available at the time of check in for your guest all this should be sorted out prior to allow a smooth check in, for us it was far from smooth.
