The team there were professional, courteous and pleasurable to deal with. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for and the site was walking distance to everything we wanted from the convention centre to the museams and all eating options. Thank you for making the experience something my kids will long remember!

Booked the Sebel for 3 nights. Great location quite for being in the middle of the city. The apartment was a great size. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant downstairs called the croft. Was very very good great meals and great service. Would definitely book here again for a short stay in Brisbane

The Sebel is very well located and easy walk to CBD and Queens Street shopping. Staff are excellent as was the room; a great size, very clean and well appointed. I'd like to see Nespresso or something similar as coffee machines as opposed to a kettle and horrible instant coffee. Other than that I highly recommend the Sebel.

The size of the room is adequate. Quality if the fixtures, furnishings in the room are good. Unfortunately there was no outdoor furnitures in the balcony. It was reasonable for the price we paid.

Location was good as it was so central. Didn’t seem to be a staff presence. Booked a studio room with queen and the gap between the two singles pushed together was extremely uncomfortable. Nice and clean though.

Hotel rooms are very dated and need a good clean. Sometimes our sheets had stains. The cleaning isnt great and there are a few problems with the layout of the room e.g the plates in the kitchen were kept in the same cupboard as the bin. The location was great and staff were great. I just wouldnt stay here again until the rooms were refurbished and cleaning improved.

The staff was wonderful! They initially upgraded our room and when the air conditioning didn’t work they immediately moved us to another room and comped us for the inconvenience. The area around the hotel has a lot to see and do.
