"Room was clean bed comfortable staff great. Location was great, but my room appeared to be some accessible option that featured an ugly shower. Also my room was set low and looked out below ground level on the car park . Views were zero and natural light was scarce."

Called to get moved and they said they will let us know but never did. Room doesn't get cleaned until three days being there. Sheets were stained."

From the receptionist asking if we prefer a room on a lower floor or a room on a higher floor (most places don't give you an option) and housekeeping doing a fantastic job, to having a great breakfast the next morning. Will stay here again when I'm in Newport Beach."
