「The staff were incredibly helpful. My car needed servicing and the staff picked me up and drove me back to the hotel after dropping off my car at the local Canadian tire.」

We asked for a banana or yogurt and the front desk clerk very rudely told us that breakfast wasn't for another 20...

「When calling the front desk, no answer or response after leaving voice mail. We had to go to the front desk to actually to get service. Wifi didn't work. Washroom was damp and had poor ventilation. Expensive for what we got. Restaurant not open on Tuesdays and only 1 other option available in vicinity.」

「Plates in cupboard still had food left on them. The door code was changed without notice, had to call to have assistance and new code provided. A little irritating to need to find a number, call, wait on hold, standing outside with daughter at about 10 pm.」

「it says pets allowed, not mentioning you have to pay additional $100 for cleaning. wrong info in listing. if pets allowed it means you need to specify conditions and price for that」

「Excellent communication, comfy beds, updated fridge/stove compared to pics so that was a nice surprise. Unit itself had been renovated, but the ague of the building was apparent when looking closer at things. Loft area hadn't been dusted in a bit, but was clean otherwise.」
