「The restaurant was closed. They rarely answered the phone this morning as I walked out when I told him it was the office most awful place I had ever stayed and I was only there to have surgery. I did receive a verbal f*** you from the woman at the front desk. There should’ve been a warning if the restaurant was closed I was there for pre-surgery care there’s no television like basic cable ability to watch anything two tiny trash cans, like two tiny towels no room cleanliness apparently to ask...

「11:00PMまでのチェックインと記載されてましたが、0:00AMを回ってのチェックインでも、とても丁寧な対応でした。建物内も綺麗で部屋の中は特に素晴らしかったです。また、利用したいと思います。」

「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」
