「The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Spacious room with a very cozy robe after a relaxing shower. Would definately recommend and come again. Great location for the Adirondack Rail trail.」

「This is a nice, quaint, charming motel located right on the lake. There’s a functional pool, ample parking, and even kayaks and a canoe for guests to take out onto the lake!」

「Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.」

「It was very close to whiteface memorial highway and just 12-15 minutes to placid lake!」

「Passage rapide d’une nuit avant de remonter vers le Canada. Très bel endroit charmant et propre. Le propriétaire Dusan est très gentil et accueillant et s’assure que notre séjour soit agréable. A savoir : depuis la chambre on entend assez ce qu’il se passe dans la maison. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé car les autres voyageurs étaient discrets. 」

「My girlfriend and I LOVED this place. It's not the Marriot or some chain, so it's a bit unique and has quirks, and that's why it's awesome. The room was small but comfortable, the bed very comfy. There was no TV in the room, which I really liked. Great shower. Outside there was a little deck with chairs so we could relax, listen to the Ausable River and look at the lovely grounds. There was also a restaurant area (closed while we were there) that we could sit in for meals or just to hang out....

「This old farmhouse has wonderful nooks to sit and relax. Buck and Clea prepare for your visit and make it very easy to transition from roadtrip to relaxing. Breakfast was delightful. Good way to start a day. This placed right in the middle of everything. Whiteface, great swimming hole and not to far from Lake Placid. We're coming back.」
