No staff. Had to get our key from a lock box. Finally got in to discover just a sheet on the beds. No blankets or covers whatsoever. The tv didnt work either. Total disaster. We didnt stay. Drove 2 hours to get home.

Room was musty smelling. Floor needed to be swept. Room needed dusting. Shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Shower walls had soap scum. There was a used bar of soap left on the sink. No wifi the entire stay. No phone in room. Lumpy mattresses. Unopened can of Spaghettios under the bed. No boot caddy in the room for wet/muddy shoes, nor any throw rugs. No extra pillows or blankets. Not enough parking (snow banks should have been removed). No mini fridge.

Shower felt like being power washed. No shelf or shower caddy for the shower so all items needed to be placed on the shower floor. The sliding door to the non-code compliant deck(railing is to low) was unlocked un-abled to be locked. Easy to walk to the neighboring decks. No-one at the front desk had to go through a process to finally get a number to call. It had snowed that morning and the gentleman before us had gotten stuck at the entry as it hadn't been plowed, and he had no service to call the Owner. He used our phone and when he asked about when the parking lot was going to be plowed, informed it wouldn't be until the next morning. Lastly the WIFI was not working our entire time their which didn't affect us, as we could still access the internet but several other guest complained because they didn't. Spotty service in the area. Lastly way overpriced for the room size.

No one on site no main light in room only table light shower handle falls off in ur hand absolutely no hot water in shower so much noises in room water noise for heat and parking was horrible lot not plowed properly I will never stay there again

Stuff was difficult, room dirty and not well kept. Walk ways were not shoveled or salted. Had to move rooms and had difficulty getting refunded. Terrible experience!!!

The room is so dated and tacky. There were insufficient outlets in convenient places to charge devices. Could not access the wi fi and there was no staff on premises to help.

The staff is almost no existent. there was no access to the office or the room that had vending, guest stay and local information. the room we stayed in had absolutely zero guest information in the room, only one night stand, no wash clothes. There were a few staff sightings, but they would just look at you from a distance and offer no help. I guess this is what happens when big money buys up a lot of small mom and pop motels. I grew up in this area; this place has gone downhill.

There was no front desk staff to check in with or speak to about issues, just a paper with a phone number taped to the door. The mini-fridge stopped working, so our leftovers expired. The shower door fell off while I was in the shower. More minor complaints include the vents being dirty, lightbulbs missing, the broken curtains not closing all the way, and minor aesthetic problems like unpatched holes in the walls where items used to be. It all added up to a very cheap impression. On a more positive note, there was at least hot water, heating, and the sheets were clean and unstained.

Room was never cleaned, lights didnt work , refrigerator not working, used shampoo bottles. Room was over double priced for holiday weekend than it normally would be. management offered no solution other than 10% off ..I had my little one with me so i ended up booking another room an hr away

This place looks local, but it is a corporate schill. I booked a room to see the fireworks at the Ice Castle. When the temps forecasted were -20, I requested cancelling because I was told not to be in that weather because it was dangerous for me because I am coming off heart surgery. Bookin.com was in agreement and willing to cancel. They attempted 3 times to get ahold of Gauthiers, no reply. I emailed twice and left 2 voice messages. No reply. It is disturbing to see the continued cruelty all around us. I ate the room rate ( twice as much as the day after) $253. Needless to say, I will never book there again.
