"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"Beautiful views, several private and/or 2 public onsen options, delicious and filling traditional Japanese meals (breakfast and dinner), lots of free amenities, free valet parking and wonderful hospitality."

"Nice new container -single room hotel, good services just bit far from the station but if you drive that would be perfect for you for low rate and new hotel ! I wish the younger employees can speak English!"

"The staff was excellent and provided great service. I would (and have) stay at R9 properties at any time!"

"*Bath with a view was amazing. *Balcony with oceanview. *Buy food tho before heading there cause they open only for lunch and they mostly serve burgers. *Down side was the tables and chairs infront of the restaurant was kinda breaking already and most of their food on the menu was out."

"Worth every cent we paid as it had two large beds and plenty of room to move around. The small breakfast was good to start the day of and the free parking was close by."
