"There is plenty of room here for a family of 7 to be comfortable. We enjoyed walking down to the bay and it's very close to the Jinko station. There isn't much for food nearby, but the street car runs often and they have a menu of conbini type foods that you can purchase there. Lots of Manga to read, several TVs to watch in the common area, a little play area for young kids, plentyof seating for eating meals, easy to clean up after yourself, showers were never crowded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you."

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."
