"when we got into our room the A/C was blowing but the room wasn't getting cool. I went to the front desk and explained it to Mallory... WOW... in literary minutes... there was a crew there and replaced the A/C unit... cool air flowing in 20 minutes... absolutely fabulous... great stay my thanks to everyone working at this Hotel... my stay was great. Thank you all again."

"Clean and comfortable. AC cooled amazingly especially after a long hot day at the beach. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Staff were nice, respectful, and welcoming. Showers could definitely use some more water pressure though. "

"We, as a company, booked two rooms for our employees and from what they told us, everything went smoothly. One of the rooms, had an issue where he couldn’t get into his room because the key wouldn’t work. It took about an hour and a half but it was resolved. However, it did get resolved and overall, it was a good stay for both of them. This is the second time we have booked here for employees and have been very satisfied with the service. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel! Our room had a beautiful ocean view, was clean and had plenty of supplies for your stay. We were provided with enough beach towels and even a cooler for our beach days. There is no daily housekeeping unless you need it, but we didn’t and just tidied up ourselves. The only thing I didn’t like has nothing to do with the hotel. It was the restaurant that were close by, we thought they were very expensive for the quality of food we got. We ended up going a little...
