While room was clean the area around building was dirty. But my main complaint is I had to leave a day early. I informed front desk ( the screen device on 5/11 that I had leave 5/12 instead of 5/13 and was told to take it up with Expedia. Upon leaving on morning if 5/13
I informed the man at elevator with uniform on and clip board in hand (which listed rooms and their status) that I had to leave early so my room 317 was now empty. He thanked very much and noted something on his paper. Now Expedia has tried to work with you on this matter and you reject the issue out of hand. I thought I was following procedures only to discover a big NO.
I will not be using days inns again
