"It was a cozy and well air-conditioned area. The pods were fantastic with the atmosphere inside and the bed was comfortable. The washrooms and showers were well taken care of. "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"The location is convenient closed to the station. # of rooms are ten(10) only, small hotel and a little old facility. Wifi is slow."

"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"10日程滞在させて頂きました。 西浦和駅徒歩15分程の立地で、周りにはコンビニしかありませんが中期滞在には困りませんでした。 部屋も開く最低限清潔に保たれていたお部屋なのは良かったです。 しかし、1Fの立入禁止エリアには人が住んでいることが知らされておらず、最初は不安に感じました。 管理者が中華系の方ですが丁寧に話は聞いてくださいました。 "
