「Es war alles perfekt wenn man Hilfe benötigt hatte wurde ein geholfen 」

「Beim Gang zu unserer Unterkunft haben wir uns mit den engen Gängen und Treppen gefühlt wie in einer typischen Kleinstadt auf der Insel. Uns hat das richtig gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet (Decken, Handtücher, Kochutensilien). Wir hatten kein Apartment mit Poolblick und konnten dennoch schön über die Stadt Santa Ponsa bis hin zum Meer schauen. Ein Frühstück am Morgen auf dem Balkon war für uns daher Pflicht. Wir sind mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden....

「Für ein Wochenende S‘arenal die perfekte Unterkunft! Das Hotel ist einfach, Zimmer sehr sauber und alles drin was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber alles frisch. An der Bar gibt es für einen fairen kleinen Preis Getränke und Snacks (viele Einheimische auch Polizei und Taxifahrer dort-gutes Zeichen!) 「This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious. I really liked that they had curtains. The bathrooms were mostly clean. If there was low toilet paper you just had to tell someone and they would replace it. 「We liked our room. Cleaning staff did daily clean properly. There is a kitchen but no plates,cups,pan. If there is something, we could do cooking but didn’t have the chance. Reception staff were not really professional. Not super friendly but that was fine. And 2nd night, neighborhood were so noisy. Knocked very loudly and shouted and kicked for a long time around 3,4 am morning. We couldn’t sleep for a while because of that but these were not hotel’s fault. I hope guests consider about...

「Teníamos reservadas 2 habitaciones para 2 personas cada una y cuando llegamos nos dijo el recepcionista que dos de nosotras se tenía que ir a casa de su madre porque no tenía habitaciones, a las 2 de la tarde que fue cuando llegamos no estaba ni la habitación preparada y tenemos serías dudas si las sábanas estaban cambiadas, solo nos quedamos una noche por lo que lo dejamos pasar pero no lo recomendaría 」
