"We brought the grandparents to visit our daughter down at college in San Diego. The house was perfect for us. Everyone got their own rooms. We had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. Parking was a bit tricky to find on the street in the evening and the person who lives in the ADU used the spot behind the garage. Overall we had a wonderful time."

"We had pleasant experience here. The host was very communicative with us. The parking, while in a garage, was very tight for anything larger than a sedan. A minivan was stressful to park with the bikes along the back wall. Street parking nearby is not feasible overnight. The beds were comfortable. We liked the adjustable beds. The kitchen was very nice and modern. There was lots of hot water for all six of us to use. The building is right on the beach on Mission Bay which made it nice and...

"We had a wonderful time at this centrally located, clean, and comfortable home! We loved the fact that it was not only a short walk to the beach, but to great restaurants, coffee shops, and an upscale grocery store. Other than a few day trips to locations too far to walk to, we never used our car! We know where we’ll want to stay on our future trips to San Diego!"

"Great location, near the beach. Only down side was the supplies provided were not enough for 10 people. Some of the room light/fan remotes were also missing. The bedrooms are pretty open so no privacy other than one bedroom. Cozy little house. "
