「Vile dirty room snd bedding, lunch box breakfast」

「The location」

「It was great. Wonderful view with a terrific restaurant!!」

「Reception sky was very nice. It was really helpful as well and the location is perfect as well. It is only five minutes from the beach.」

「Property lives up to the description. The setting is charming and it was cute to be woken up by the sound of chickens. Would happily stay again. I didn’t meet the hosts but they provided such thorough information via email that I found everything.」

「Great choice. Homely Just down the way from St Ives Nice vegetarian restaurant next door Car park Coffee plunger Rested well here Nice vibes」

「Really clean and everything easy, including booking in an hour early, very friendly chilled out staff, I'm definitely going again! 🙂」

「Our room was clean but could have had a small chair or bench.」

「on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.」

「Lovely property. Very central. Large space. Would use again. Having to strip and bag all the linen when leaving by 10am was the only negative」

「Postives: Great location, clean, very comfortable, quiet, on site car parking, helpful on site host (apparently dog friendly too). Tiny negatives: You quite rightly could argue that no-one should need to watch the TV in a place like Watergate Bay, but the TV reception was poor (maybe it was intentional!). Car parking spaces are a bit tight. Maybe needs a new shower at some point in the future. Otherwise all good and would stay again/recommend to others.」

「This property didn't exist. I arrived at the postcode "Atlantic reach". No other details were given to me.. after asking several times. Please don't book this i was on a call to Expedia for 3 hours finding me another property which they covered. This property is a scam. Nowhere near Fistral beach..I was fortunate Expedia could find me a property actually at Atlantic reach. As it was bank holiday hardly anywhere to stay near Newquay. BEWARE of this account it is not real. I found out the hard way...

「Fab place, no cars and feels really special with gorgeous grounds and lots of space. The pod was clean, bed and bedsheets clean and crisp. Enough pots, plates, cutlery etc to manage and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean with good water pressure. We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend. 2 adults and 2 tweens, they slept on fishermen padded camp beds.」

「Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.」
