「The location of this property is amazing central to all Vineyard Haven has to offer and situated on a clean harbor beach adjacent to a small marina. Chairs and loungers were plentiful and offered some nice relaxing atmosphere watching boats cruise in and out. The staff was helpful and nice. Thats the truly good news about this resort type hotel however it seems the owner does not value aesthetics appearance and cleanliness. The owners have let this place become rundown and dank. 「The location is fantastic. Sure the rooms are small in size but it's a historic building and they make up for it in charm and comfort. The bed is so incredibly comfortable. Alicia was at the front desk and assisted with our check in. She was friendly, engaging and helpful in showing us all the great features of the hotel and offered suggestions for things to enjoy around town. I will definitely be staying here again.」

「The property sits where all the action is. The room is very clean however the bed mattress gave us severe back problems. The mattress needs to be change because we were stuck in the middle like a taco. The host flipped it but the mattresses needed to be replaced. The property is straight to the point with needing somewhere to sleep and bathe and the host was lovely but to save my back maybe not.」
