"It may be an Ibis budget but facilities and customer service were excellent. From checking in to leaving, reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. My room as expected was small but perfectly adequate as a base, as this hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a solo female traveller, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Staff was great upon check-in. Rooms are a bit small, but they are updated nicely. The bathroom tap has a big carbon filter on it for drinking water and it actually tastes good. Happy with this stay. "

"A modern, very clean and compact room with excellent air con and block out blind, perfect after a busy day. Although small the shower and amenities provided were outstanding, loads of hot water. Convenient with easy access to buses, trains and shops. Staff friendly and helpful. "
