"We arrived exhausted from a long flight to Hawaii. The staff was wonderful and we were thrilled that our room had been upgraded. This is a very busy area with alot of shopping and restaurants, so we were grateful that this facility has its own parking under the hotel, therefore we did not have to park a distance and walk to our room. A huge bonus was the balcony which overlooks a canal. The next morning, we sat with our coffee and watched the joggers below, and a rowing race on the canal. "
