「The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. Pets are welcomed. I will definitely stay here again. I just wish they had some type of breakfast for guests.」

「There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. The recliner in the property was broken upon arrival and the unit we ended up in did not appear nearly as nice as any of the pictured units when booking. This is my first bad experience using expedia, i want to say the issue lies more...

「Older style unit but very well kept and clean. Nice for one more day on the beach!!」

「Master bath was not good. Tub leaked so dripping water was annoying. The towel hook kept falling off. Otherwise good place to stay. 」

「Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
