「good overnight stay 」

「Our room was nice and the hotel was clean with the exception of a sticky desktop in the room as well as the front desk counter. We were disappointed that the pool is out of service. Breakfast was better than most self service ones that we’ve had. Gabriella at the front desk was excellent. She was friendly and helpful. 」

「This was a beautiful motel !! It was perfect , right on the beach , a small balcony ! The record player in the room was a great touch !! 」

「No elevator. Dangerous stair way with heavy suitcase. No explanation of room arangement and hard to figure out which door would be the closest to the room. Cold AC wind came from the hallway and room temperature became too cold to sleep even turning off the room AC. 」

「If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!」

「We absolutely loved the owners Teri and Jeff, both so. I’ve, friendly and just great people!! Loved the location to all the sites around. Loved the view from the hotel. Clean, quiet and just the right place to stay!! 」

「The location was wonderful. I could walk to town. But the room was cold. I couldn't get the heater to work. The only light was one small lamp. They need to put another lamp by the bed. The size of the room was good and it was good to have the refrigerator. 」

「I had the most wonderful stay here! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday weekend. The atmosphere of the inn was very welcoming and easy going. Super close to Newport just a 5 minute Uber. Even some good spots right by the inn!! only reason I have it a 4 for cleanliness was there was some used joints on our balcony and would’ve loved a chair or piece of furniture out there to sit on to enjoy the view! We’ll be back! 」

「This is my second time at this motel and I absolutely love it. It's an old time motel updated for today. Its got its quirks due to its age (older motels don't have plugs in the bathrooms, its a pretty common occurance), but nothing to keep me from coming back. Its also walking distance to the main section of main street in Falmouth, making it real easy to just park at the motel then walk down to the shops and restaurants down the street. I'll be back.」
