The staff at this hotel makes the stay!! They are very helpful and do everything they can for their guests. My husband says their breakfast can use some bacon and home fries daily, but their customer service certainly made up for that!

All is perfect, very clean, great breakfast, walking distance to the mall, especially dog friendly.. The bed is very very comfortable the room are super big, the staff is super friendly All was great but just one thing, my room was door to door to the maintenance room and each time he walk in and out of the room i will hear the door slam very loud in which it’ll wake me up.. Next time i will not want that room Other then that’s no major complaints All was just great

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast pretty good, with options, dining area pleasant and not crowded. I would like the the hot options more hot - that’s my only suggestion. Eggs/potato were good in taste but not warm to my liking. Plenty of parking and nice lobby. I also appreciated coffee/tea available 24/7. Staff very nice! Pam was super helpful! This hotel is a true gem. Tucked away in a quiet spot, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located to explore the area from Newport, RI to Cape Cod.
