「Breakfast was good」

「Our room's heater was very loud and we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom light flickered all the time when we turned it on so we could not even shower. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. The person at the front desk was never around. Called EXT. 200 like the sign said but no answer. We will never be staying here again.」

「Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.」

「マディソンのダウンタウンまで、タクシー🚕で約10分〜14分かかるので、レンタカーをして泊まるホテルかと思いました。ベッド、寝具のクオリティー含めて、なかなかだったと思います。」

「This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable」

「Good location」

「This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at as a guest. I had a double queen room but only was given a single queen room. First from was filthy with no air-condition or chair for desk, working fridge and I could go on. When asked about this, I was told there was not another room with two queen beds, was given a different room, The problems were not just, clumps of dog hair on the carpet, the toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall, the shower rug had blood on it. ...
