The whole place was very dirty...elevator, halls, room. TV didn't work. No coffee. Sheets were stained. We got there late and were tired, otherwise we would have just left.

This review is 2 stars because the actual rooms were not clean, but the staff and people were very kind. Our room had no temperature control, but we could open the window, the grout was breaking out between the tiles in the bathroom, there were stains on the floor and bedsheets, and we found an actual human tooth next to our bed. The rooms also smelled like cigarettes upon entry. If you’re looking for a cheap option and not worried about the cleanliness of the rooms this is fine, but if you’re looking for more upscale I would look elsewhere. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and like I said the people were very kind, just not to the standards I would expect for a hotel in regards to cleanliness.

Arrived after midnight. No one at desk. No phone answered. After an hour, a hooket was able to wake up the night desk clear who refused us a pre-paid room because he couldn't pull up our reservations. He basically told us at 1 AM to go elsewhere. We ended up in a horrible filthy room. Breakfast was cold cereal. Milk. Bread and little muffins. No juice No coffee. No butter. No jam. This was one of our 2 worst hotel experiences

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at as a guest. I had a double queen room but only was given a single queen room. First from was filthy with no air-condition or chair for desk, working fridge and I could go on. When asked about this, I was told there was not another room with two queen beds, was given a different room, The problems were not just, clumps of dog hair on the carpet, the toilet paper dispenser was pulled out of the wall, the shower rug had blood on it. TV didn't work and when I went to say something no one was at the desk. The breakfast was a jug of milk and cereal with a loaf of bread for dry toast. This was the worst that I have ever experienced.

Hotel is conveniently located to airport. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable. The sign with Microtel name was broken and there was no sign with hotel name visible from outside.

Lots of space for parking! Close drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was quick with check in and out. Our room was clean and ready when we got there.

Avoid at any cost. Very dirty and unhygienic facility. Room had a big patch of ceiling leak and a big hole, no soap in the bathroom, and the dining area looks like it was hit by the Chernobyl disaster. Nothing working, coffee machine flashing light since 2023 (based on an old review), no coffee or hot water. Adjacent break area has mold all over the place. Not sure why the owner is even running this facility if they are not interested. I guess the entire US motel industry is falling apart. I am seeing similar motels across the US; every franchise with a big name is basically scamming travelers.

I walked into the lobby and my room key was waiting for me with a quick computer check. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We enjoyed our uninterrupted night sleep and were pleased with the breakfast selection. We will stay definitely stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison East again or any Microtel Inn & Suites nationwide.

The property was very run down and in disrepair. No working ice or vending. Our room key stopped working 2 hours after check in and the front desk staff spent most of their time outside so difficult to find. Our room smelt moldy and was not clean or maintained. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the lights flickered and blinked. Very outdated and neglected. It was quiet though and close to shopping.

The cleaning staff did the best they could with what they had. This place is in serious need of updating! Rust everywhere, no working tv, lumpy pillows, fried outlet in the bathroom, shower chair was disgusting, ect.

This property needs an overhaul. The pictures on the website are misleading and out date. The rooms are nasty and unsafe. Please keep searching for a better hotel it looks nice on the outside but don’t be fooled.

I'll start with the good. The guy who runs the place and apparently took over recently is by all counts a nice guy. I felt he wants the place to be good so who knows, 10 months from now could be great. For now though - not good. I had 5 rooms for me and my buddies. No towels in most of the rooms, doors didn't close properly. 1 room assigned to us had people in it. Rooms were dirty, toilet paper holder was barely hanging in the wall. Continental Breakfast is a lie - they had a loaf of white bread you could make a piece of toast with, a gallon of milk, and that's about it. We were a group of 8 dudes doing boys weekend so we didn't care, but when we talk about the memories of the weekend, this hotel comes up a lot - and not good. Price was cheap though - so there is that.
