「I first visited as a child in the 60’s with my parents - we had pancake breakfast in the restaurant , played on the beach, and Dad bought me a starfish necklace from the gift shop, that I still treasure. I stayed again with my husband seven years ago for his last trip to the beach. Returning again this week, it felt like home. It is the perfect setting to cozy in, soak in the sun, listen to the waves, reflect, and write. I most definitely will be back.」

「We really enjoyed our room over the water and the close walking proximity into the beautiful town of Depot Bay. We also really enjoyed the walk up the hill to see the beautiful sunset.」

「Breakfast was better than nothing. Boiled packaged eggs, cereals to choose from, yogurt, muffins, pre made waffles, bagels, breakfast sandwich you could heat up in microwave. Staff was helpful with local recommendations. We came for the beach and that did not disappoint!」
