The place was really run down on the outside. No working pool or hot tub. I never tried the restaurant because it wasn't open in the morning and closed before returning. On the positive side the room was fairly clean, much better than the outside looked.

The beds were clean, the floor was dirty. The carpets had toe nails all over. It was clear they skipped vacuuming. The room was musty smelling. Ill skip this place and just pay more somewhere else.

Since they have just reopened the parking was grest not very many guests staying. However if they had more guest's then there would be enough parking for all. They still have some work to do to make this place great but given some time it will. The view from our room was gorgeous. Right on the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a book of places to go and eat for those who are from out of town but I would definitely come back.

Drove out here specifically for use of the advertised jetted tub. Not only were we not able to use the tub because of no available hot water. We weren't able to shower either. Staff did offer $25 credit but when the standard room is $100 cheaper than the premium king room with tub and it has working water... I feel like I was left holding a much larger bill than I should have. Also shower had someone else's hair in the drain.. do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. You won't regret it.

not much hot water after 1 min was luke warm old old old faucets do not work well at all in shower , 40-50 yrs old ! sliding door to patio does not lock have to use a stick behind door screen door is a mess bent rusty , weeds all over everywhere , bbq pit are a real joke rusted to the ground not usable sliding door you have to pull with all your mite to open it and close it !!!! dirty carpet landscape is a real mess

The room and the view of the pool and ocean are great! The pool and restaurant were closed. It has new owners and they are doing some repairs. In my room, the fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise which I made them aware of. Also it needs a different nightstand in the middle of the 2 beds. It is very small and low so you can't comfortably reach from the bed. They do have extra amenities like lotion, makeup remover, shower cap and extra blankets you don't always get. I do hope they eventually will provide breakfast. The price also was very reasonable and there is beach access. I was also impressed with the staff as they are very accommodating. I definitely will be going back.

There was no hot water, there were spiders behind the door that looked like they had been there a while. They were dead, and my spouse is arachnophobic. Half of the doors didn't work, the pool is still a work in progress and when we originally checked in, ourselves and two other couples had to come back and have door keys reprogrammed. The fire pit and the view were nice amenities. However, no hot water is a big No-No for us. And the room was just okay. As we were told, the hotel is under new ownership and going through major changes. However, my sister mentioned years ago that the pool was not working at that time either. The only bright spot in our state was the kindness of the staff to be honest. My 10-year-old son thought the beds were nice, and slept like a rock. He wanted me to make sure I added that. There is also a pet deposit, make sure you understand that when you choose this hotel. It was $25 extra per night.

My view was of a dirty pool area with an old tarp covering it. Looked like it hadn’t been used in quite awhile. One chair was covered in dried ice cream that I had staff replace. The microwave was covered in food on the inside. The nightstand was so small only the landline phone fit on it and no outlets to charge phones. The WiFi kept going out in the evening and there was no one at the front desk to help so no tv. I was told the next day I should have gone down to the front desk and used the red phone to call for assistance instead of calling from my room. The restaurant was not open the three days I was there so no breakfast for us. They should vacuum the stairs and hallways and clean the glass doors. Filthy! Very disappointed.

When we got to the room, there was no remote for the TV. We went to the front desk to get a remote and tell them that the handle to the cabinet broke off. The day shift clerk gave us a new TV remote but it didnt work. They said they would bring a new remote to our room. When they came to the door they knocked but then tried to come in,even though we were not decent. We were changing. That remote didnt work either so they brought a new TV to the room. The remote didnt work with that TV and they told us they would come back to fix it. They never did. The night clerk came in amd gave us a new remote amd he made sure it worked. He was super helpful. He even gave ideas on where to go for food since the restaurant on sote was closed on Mondays. He told is to go to the salty dawn and we did and the food and service was good. He deserves a raise. The threshold between the bathroom and hallway carpet needs a cover because the tack stip is showing and I caught my foot on it twice. Luckily it didnt cut my foot. Other than the TV issues and the handle breaking and the tack strip it was a clean room. It stinks the pool was closed though. We were looking forward to that too.
