"The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The highlight of my experience in Girona? Walking the Passeig de la Muralla at sunset, hands down. My first afternoon in Catalunya's second biggest city, I stumbled upon these walls with an acquaintance from my hostel, just southeast of the Plaça Catalunya. The views are simply stunning. I just had to return on my final night to try and catch the sunset, despite the catch-and-go torrential downpours that afternoon. I highly recommend this Catalan town; in less than a few hours, it became one of my new favorite cities in Spain.
