Stunning views but in need of refurbishment

Beautiful views of surroundings including stunning sea view from the outdoor area. Great nearby hiking and running conditions. However, the apartments and other facilities need to be refurbished. The lack of air condition (only a fan in the kitchen ceiling - nothing in the sleeping room) severely affected sleep and general wellbeing. A leaky toilette generating constant noise. The outdoor pool looks great at the pictures but was not fresh, the water was not clear and the only shower did not work.

Wouldn't recommend

The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments. Not permitted to eat, drink or smoke around the pool sunbathing areas. Very limited communication regarding check in and check out & no one to assist during the day to day.

Jammer!!!!

Het verblijf daar is goed, accommodatie sober, maar daar hebben wij geen erg aan. Alleen netheid ontbreekt het een en ander, ook moet er goed op de voorzieningen gelet worden, gelet op aantal personen, zoals aantal borden, bestek en noem maar op. Douchekop en regendouche moet jezelf schoonmaken en doorprikken om te kunnen douchen en er hangt een onaangenaamd rioollucht. Wij moeten ons eigen gereedschap meenemen, schandelijk. De tegels looppad naar de appartementen toe lagen gewoon los, waar je over kan struikelen en verwonden, zeer gevaarlijk. Wie is dan ervoor verantwoordelijk. RV hotel personeel zeer onvriendelijk als je hun belt. De stoelen en tafels dienen voorzien te worden van vilt, zodat er geen geluidoverlast door verschuiving ontstaat, zeer irritant, vooral in de avonduren. De appartementen zijn zeer gehorig. Mensen die honden bij zich hebben, laten hun dieren gewoon los over het grasveld, waar mensen op liggen, lopen, poepen en plassen. Er hangen wel borden, maar controle ontbreekt dus wat heb je daaraan. En slechte WIFI

Pésima experiencia.

El lugar no responde a las imágenes publicadas. El apartamento, contratado por ella, carece de vista al mar. No dispone de ningún tipo de calefacción y hacía un frío mortal. Las cortinas son te tul (transparentes) sin persianas, con lo que resulta imposible dormir después del amanecer. No hay sabanas ni toallas, se deben alquilar a un precio abusivo. Carece de wifi .

Quel dommage

Séjour en famille, le cadre est magnifique avec vue sur la mer. En revanche le logement de l'extérieur est tres sympa et l'intérieur laisse à désirer. La deco est ultra vieillotte, les peintures dépassés , la literie inconfortable, pommeau de douche cassé et l'eau de tout les robinet coule en petit filet. Pas de clim ni de ventilateur 37 degrés à l'extérieur , le logement est une fournaise (chambre 39) . La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse(produit ultra frais, bien préparé et bien présenté ) , compliment au chef et serveur impeccable malgré la barrière de la langue.

Una porqueria

No recomendaría estos apartamentos ya que bajo mi punto de vista dejan mucho que desear, llegamos al apartamento y no hay ni un miserable rollo de papel higiénico, la ducha rota, el lavabo olía fatal el olor se extendía por todo el apartamento , los utensilios de la cocina muy sucios y el personal ... Sin comentarios... Lo único bueno de mi estancia la compañía , por lo que no lo recomiendo .

Sehr schöner Meerblick und sehr schöner Pool

Die Unterkunft bietet eine geräumige Ferienwohnung an. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Meerblick und einen sehr schönen Pool. Check-in: Der Check-in verlief leider nicht so einfach da uns aus versehen die Falsche Telefonnummer in einer Email genannt wurde und auch bei hotels.com das prozedere nicht so wirklich beschrieben ist. Daher von meiner Sicht die Kurze Info: Bei der Ferienwohnung gibt es ein Restaurant wo sich auch die Rezeption befindet und in der Regel auch der Schlüssel geholt werden kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Schlüsselschliessfach und eine Notfallnummer falls etwas nicht klappt. Jedoch sollte man vorher anrufen um den Ankunftstermin zu vereinbaren. Positiv: - schöner Meerblick - schöner Pool - Die Rezeptionistin Jane(?) spricht sehr gut englisch und ist sehr sehr freundlich. Gerne hilft sie auch bei Infos zur Umgebung oder Ausflügen - schöne Umgebung - Ruhige Lage - Free Wifi - leider nicht so gut - Schöne Zimmer Negativ: - Check-In Prozedere besser beschreiben - leider nur Teilweise Sonnenschirme für die Balkone vorhanden, auch die Küchenausstattung (Pfannen) sollte mal erneuert werden - Ameisen sollten besser bekämpft werden (z.B. vor Saisonbeginn) Mit ein paar Verbesserungen hätte die Ferienwohnung echt Potential für ganz oben!

Per la famiglia consigliabilissimo

Una location bellissima in un agglomerato di case e ville in mezzo alla natura con vista mozzafiato! Appartamento grande e confortevole con due terrazzi con vista. A poca distanza un supermarket fornitissimo con tanto prodotti locali! Mare a tre km e località della Catalogna raggiungibili da 10 minuti al massimo di un'ora d'auto! Ci è scappata anche una gita nella vicina Francia! Bellissimo

Do not stay here if you care about your comfort!

This was by far the worst hotel experience we had in a while. Unpleasant manager; outdated rooms, which look nothing like the online photos; old mattresses; no towels, no bed sheets and no toilet paper (this is something you have to pay extra for or bring your own). Avoid this place if possible, especially if travelling with children.

Super rapport qualité / prix (hors saison)

Les plus : Superbe accueil de la part de Jane.Appartement spacieux, très belle vue, piscine, à 10 minutes de l'Estartit Les moins : mauvaise insonorisation (attention l'été ), literie correcte hormis les canapés, pas de chauffage ni de stores ou volets occultant.

très agréable sejour

nous avons séjourné dans un duplex très spacieux globalement bien équipé avec box garage donnant directement sur le duplex. la vue et le cadre sont magnifiques . en revanche les appartement sont très mal insonorisée mais nous avions des voisins tres silencieux la nuit. grace aux avis des précédents voyageurs nous avions apporté un chauffage et de ce fait nous n'avons pas eu froid. mais en effet un chauffage est indispensable en cette saison. Jane et son équipe sont super toujours a l écoute . Jane nous a même réserver notre visite en bateau. nous avons passé un super sejour et nous recommandons cet établissement car le prix de 137e pour 4nuits est super.

emplacement de l hotel loin de la mer

hotel avecpoint de vue agreable de l appartement. mais gros probleme pour notre sejour une famille au dessus de nous avec 3 enfants qui courraient sur notre tete une partie de la journee a partir de 6hdu matin et aucun respect des voisins machine a laver a 7h du matin vetement papier ect jetes par dessus la terrasse. donc tres deçus de notre premier sejour par expedia.
