"We traveled from Dallas, TX, and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment we found in NYC. The entire second floor was ours, featuring four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our family, including young children, had a wonderful stay. The apartment is conveniently located just two blocks from the F train, allowing us to reach Manhattan in about 35 minutes. "I didnt like how when we checked in the place was dirty. The sheets on the bed wasnt washed, loud noises from the other ppl at late nite hrs, the back door to the patio (the lock is broken) everytime we left outside to go out and when we come back door was open n ppl came inside i dont know why? Or for what reason i dont know. But, i never left any valuables in there to steal. Was told i was gonna be reimbursed for a dinner and never was reimbursed."

"The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice. The only negatives were these: (a) The area outside the hotel is very dirty -- NYC in general has really declined, of course, and that's the issue. (b) The new system for the elevators at the hotel is absurd, and the hotel should go back to the old system."
