"Clean and very nice location. Nice parking and easy to go to places in Newport. The receptionist upgraded my room and was so helpful and kind. The room they upgraded me was specious, and it had a nice view of the pond. I recommend this place and I will be back."

"The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. As two female guests, perhaps because we stayed only one night, it felt strange to be given the room right ..."
