「The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The room we had was very small, there was just enough room to move from the bed to the bathroom, but it was clean.」

「今回3人旅行だったので、本宿泊先に決定した最優先ポイントはベッドアコモデーションでした。Expediaからの予約確認書上ではKing bed,Queens Bed各1台で非常に期待していたにも関わらず、実際はQueen size1台のみで別に付属ベッドが必要であることが判明。ホテルに猛抗議したが、ホテル側は元来2名用の部屋でありExpedia確認書の内容が誤っているとの説明あり、そのまま宿泊する以外にありませんでした。よって、今回の貴社の予約確認書記載内容の誤りは非常に罪深く極めて不満！」
