Do these places ever get inspected by Expedia? I understand that I probably paid a 'no refund' rate in advance, but is that enforceable in these circumstances? I would not even give it one star. AH"

"My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "
