「East & convenient. Clean but an older place. 」

「Beautiful historic property. The on site manager Jennifer was very nice and accommodating for our entire stay. Getting ahold of her was very easy and she answered all of our questions. The room had a flat screen roku tv and was very clean! Absolutely no complaints. If you need all of the creature comforts of the hilton, then maybe this isnt for you. If you value a beautiful clean room and a charming host, then enjoy your stay! If it weren't in such a secluded area, I'd make it my go to stay...

「Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.」

「We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. 「Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here.」
