"This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many...

"Wonderful, lowkey place to stay on Kauai’s north shore. The host was very communicative and helpful. The previous concerns about mold were not an issue and the host has replaced the shower curtain. The hot tub, pool, and designed parking were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future given the convenient location, proximity to beaches and retail, etc! "

"The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom."

"Great location for golf, dining options access to Hanalei beach. Nice property host. MAKE SURE your condo comes with a "numbered" parking space near the unit. Mine came with a parking "permit" which are issued to guests of condo owners. Unfortunately, "Permitted" spaces stayed occupied with unpermitted vehicles - and the problem is not monitored. Parking lots are small for each building and we ended up having to park 3 to 5 lots further down the road every night because all the "Permitted"...

"The property is immaculate. Room is extremely comfortable and clean with all you need for the duration of your trip! We had an extremely rainy trip with only one and a half nice days of weather & still wish we stayed for our entire 17 day trip to Hawaii (our weather on the other islands was perfect). Check in process was simple & quick. Everyone working there is beyond kind/helpful. Host is available if you need anything and parking is in a gated covered lot. We will absolutely be coming back,...

The kitchen was fully stocked, there were beach chairs available to take with me to beaches, and they even left a welcome basket with some snacks and coffee for that next morning (life saver!) "We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!"

"It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open...

"We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! We had everything we needed to make our 3 days on the north shore spectacular - and they were. I’m glad we split our time and got a little bit of both worlds. This is definitely resort life/living with tennis courts, waterfall-laden...

"We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back."

"We enjoyed our stay at Kuhio Shores. The condo was comfortable for two people. We enjoyed sunrise on the lanai in the mornings and watching the turtles in the afternoon. The only thing we missed was an ice maker but we were able to buy a bag of ice to fit in the freezer. The property is clean, safe and easy to get around. We definitely would recommend staying here."
