Read carefully, not an "apartment"
We found the listing misleading. The listing did not make it clear that this is a guest room off of a residential home. It's more of a neighborhood than a resort. There was only a small latch (not a keyed lock) separating the main house from the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom and growing on the lampshades. We did not feel comfortable staying here and ended up leaving. In hindsight it should have been a red flag when there wasn't a picture of the outside of the actual bulding in the listing.

Great location!
We really enjoyed visiting with the owner-a very nice man! This is an easy walk to some beautiful beaches, a great location! This is a room attached to the main house with a private entrance. It has all the basics needed, microwave and small refrigerator . It was a perfect location for many fun excursions , walks to see the sunset or sunrise!

Not as advertised - loud and not clean
The listing should make clear that the hosts live on the property in the same home. This is a room in a house, not a private space. I could hear morning and night the people talking, cheering at the television, using the restroom through the wall. Additionally, the accommodations were were not clean, ants infesting the bathroom, mold on the lamps next to the bed, screen doors that have holes, cob webs and mold on the walls and doors. This needs a full overhaul. It was cheap, and in a very good location but hearing the owners morning and night is not worth it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at davids place. The area was better than we could have asked for with easy access to the beach and other properties. Wonderful location and hospitality
Mr. David was just the best host! Property is part of his home, but with private outside entrance. Everything was very clean with everything supplied for daily use such as towels, tissue, etc. Mr. David was so gracious with offerings even to help us with laundry. There's no a/c, but not many of the VRBOs seems to have it. There's a great fan, and we slept with windows open very comfortably. The property is conveniently located near a few restaurants, Starbucks, and the absolute most beautiful place to watch the sunrise at Shipwreck beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
You have your own entrance to the room. Need to drive through the coconut trees to park your car on the lawn, so be careful if your car is enormous. It's pretty dark at night, so walking from your car to your room also needs your full attention. Everything else is amazing.
